I didn’t know who Philip baker hall was (didn’t click link) but I immediately knew I saw this quote. RIP to the toughest library cop who ever lived.

Completely agree. Did his first scene deadpan in one take with Jerry trying not to laugh the whole time. I’ve read that off screen Larry David couldn’t control himself during that scene.
