We went to "Mayberry" this spring and took my 12 year old daughter who loves Andy Griffith. We did a tour of the town in a replica cop car and the tour guide was telling us until Covid hit she would go to the Andy Griffith museum every Tuesday and meet fans and sign autographs. He said she loved the fans and they had planned a big celebration for Mayberry Days in September and she was looking forward to getting to be with fans again. He said she was as down to earth as could be.
