An interesting guy. He entered Harvard at 15, and graduate magna *** laude. He went on to get a Ph.D in math from Harvard, and was a college professor at several colleges/universities, including Harvard, MIT, and the University California Santa Cruz.

Yet he was most known for his satirical songs, mostly written in the '50s and '60s. I was exposed to many of them on the Dr. Demento show, and thought they were quite amusing.

He didn’t get his doctorate, not sure how he managed to do that. He surely had the talent.
