Any word on cause of death? Maybe long term steroid abuse? A ton of those guys in the 80s and 90s were juicing big time. Certainly medical science has repeatedly warned against long term usage of 'roids. Have no idea if Virgil was ever even accused of it but he was of that era and not old, thus the reason I asked the question.

Well, that certainly explains things a WHOLE lot better than abusing steroids. Thanks for info. Poor guy. 61 is NOT old (now that I'm 60).
