Throwing the ball against Tarboro doesn’t change the outcome, but it makes the clock runs more slowly.
They don’t care if they win. They don’t care if they have 200 yards in penalties, as long as they can get you to get you to lose your cool and retaliate.
Well, Tarboro’s first string defense was scored on with a nice pass play in the first quarter. Riverside simply could not keep up with Tarboro ‘s offense but kept up the trash talk and baiting all game. I think the refs became over sensitive and threw a flag at every opportunity. Even flagged Tarboro when they were taking a knee...smh.
Riverside is down 40-7 and you can see their players get really excited and fired up when they were able to hook a Viking player into a dumb personal foul penalty. That’s their “moral victory” because they didn’t have a prayer.
