They’re pressuring up on him and he’s willing to just give the ball up, gotta get him going or we’re climbing an even bigger hill. Also, why are trailing on those shooters off picks??? And finally, half court D has got to pick up cause giving up 46 points in a half is flat awful.

He isn’t going to be a go-to bucket getter this season, IMO. Too soft.
I'm hoping Pope will make adjustments at the half. I know we're not used to a coach adjusting, but it should happen.
Robinson as great as he is isn’t a go too guy that’s why he was the 6th man at BYU
Duke looks way more athletic at pretty much every position. They have a damn good squad this year.
He is definitely not a draft level pro. Pope gonna need to go get a few alphas in the future if we are gonna get to where we want to go. He put together the best roster he could under tough circumstances. We are gonna struggle with the top teams this year if we dont shoot great.
We have missed too many open shots. Not just 3’s, but also bunnies too.
If we can’t score more efficiently, we are done tonight. We don’t have anyone beside Butler that can get around Duke’s denial defense. Robinson and Oweh have to give us more of that. Heck, Williams has been our best driver.

It's seeming like he's a strictly catch and shoot kinda player. Has to find more depth to his game.
I thought he was strong enough to get around defenders with the ball. He hasn’t been able to tonight.
What I see is they started playing more physical than us and it just got in our heads and shut us down. We were winning the game of basketball. Then we got rattled. Then Duke started killing us in the paint on top of that so we haven’t gotten up yet.
I still kind of like our depth with all these fouls adding up on both sides. But we gotta still be in the game long enough for that to matter.

We have also been half assing plays, which is shocking. Butler going after that tipped ball at halfcourt with a jog effort while Foster came diving in to get it was so frustrating. Oweh is non-chalant on some
Plays too. Can’t imagine pope won’t address that but in a game like this he really shouldn’t have to.

Part of it is the guy taking the shot . And with Shaq Jr in the middle, other players can pressure the hell out of our guys with little fear of our guys going to the rim .
Robinson would be a great supplementary player. He's the perfect #2 scorer. But he's not a go-to scorer. Never has been. He's just not physical enough. That's not a knock. It's just that he's more of a finesse guy.
We all knew this was a 21 to 23 win UK team, with 25 probably being a ceiling. Duke blitzing us right now isn't really a surprise. This is Scheyer's year to do some damage (finally).

Yeh he had some big games against the cupcakes.. but shat himself when it came to real competition

If you tell me before the game that he lays an egg on offense, then it’s hard to imagine a win. I doubt he has many games without a fg. Good things are coming.

Rough game …..however…he only attempted 4 shots so he wasn’t forcing it. That nipple guy was 5-20.
Scary to think what this team's potential could be if Jaxson was anywhere remotely close to how he has played so far and at BYU that this team won while he did not have a great game.
Pretty awesome that we played SO poorly in the 1st half and still won. Our guys might have been tight. I'll give them all a pass, because that was a tough game and they had to do it playing 5v8 to boot.
We have to remember that when UK plays a top25 team, not every player is going to have a good game. Some of these guys will have tough match ups and some of our guys just won't play well. We just need some of our guys to be on.. and tonight guys like Carr and Oweh were on.
