Bears DC crossed my mind but I don't see why they wouldn't have their current DC back. I think Rivera has also been running a 4-3 and the Bears have been a 3-4 team for some time now.

2015 they were really good. Another good year in there somewhere. But 3 winning seasons in 9 years just was not good enough.
