If so, it’s better for the program and maybe for him, too. It isn’t unusual and really no big deal. Was he all that special? Good luck, Roy. I think you might need it. OU will be fine without Roy Manning. Brent was likely to let him go and he probably knew it so he left with Weak Linc….credit goes to 67.

This may sound crazy and would probably never happen. Have Ed Oregeron come in to replace Cain, or even as a DC. Oregeron will be on LSU payroll for several years, so could get him at a good price. Worst case bring him on as an analyst.

Oregeron probably not a good fit, but I would look at the Strength and Conditioning coach at LSU, Kelly brought his own guy in so Moffit is on the market.

Yes bring Moffitt on board. Seems like a good natural fit. Orgeron is a hard pass though. The guy has problems...plus he is rich now like Tom Herman.

Moffitt was making $520k at LSU. One of the top paid S&C coaches. He must be pretty good. 😊
