Saw a blurb on twitter that mentioned that a few of the offensive stalling warnings that were exploratory last year will be permanent.
Also it looks like 2 and 4 point near fall point will be awarded. Might be more to it than these few but it is just what I gathered from a short article on the subject.
Seems like good changes to me.
