Anybody ever tangled with a chick with a personality disorder? Even though I'm pretty knowledgeable regarding the "Cluster B" personality disorders (Antisocial, Borderline, Histrionic, Narcissistic), something about them fascinates me and draws me into their crazy world for more adventures. The Histrionic ones are very hot, but very dangerous. I'm convinced the legends of creatures like the Sirens and Succubus were created with them in mind.
They will suck the life out of you with their push/pull games, pathological lying, gaslighting, etc. There is even a book called "Emotional Vampires" that is pretty helpful when dealing with them.
I was drawn in for a reboot with a Histrionic (extreme attention *****) girl a few months ago and although the good times with her were incredible, the bad times were equally awful. You could read every book on the subject, and talk to all the experts you can find, but it won't prepare you to deal with their disorders. Won't happen again. I envy you guys who have sane wives or girlfriends.

Just one off the top of my head but probably not the worst : took part in blowing up a gas station(that she had no connection to other than it was down the road) to try and collect insurance money.

Welcome back sir; glad it wasn't a month. I don't know exactly. I mean, I've never been really seriously involved with this one, just flings. I know the Histrionics usually end up with the codependent, Avoidant types as their primary sources of supply. I think I just enjoy the challenge, and as you know, the HPD's exude sexuality and hotness. The mirroring technique they use on guys is very hard to defend against as well. Hell, I know a lot about these chicks and I got sucked back in.

I don't know man. Maybe because the rest of my life is tame (single dad, IT job with banker's hours) I seek my entertainment with crazy chicks, haha. With the Histrionic I'm talking about, I think the allure is knowing about her disorder and almost being able to predict her actions, or at least her reactions to things. Pushing her buttons when she pisses me off can be funny. She definitely exhibits some antisocial traits; no empathy and can be downright evil sometimes.
Reading about the cluster B's, you hear so many stories that are basically the same, and it seems like others are talking about the one in your life. It's just fascinating I guess.
Yes, I'm sure it's possible to find an exciting girl without the drama. That's what I'm working on now. That said, after you've been on an emotional roller coaster with one of these crazy chicks, they make the normal ones pale in comparison. They are addictive; the stuff they do for you during the idealization phase is just pure magic.
I'm just glad I never had a long-term or serious relationship with one because I've seen some of the damage they can inflict. I've read about dudes getting PTSD from relationships with PD chicks.
