He doesn't have anything on these guys & gals either...
Best thing about Russians training with pistols is they use self defense rounds for all their training. I watched video of a dude practicing taking shots to his body armor and the American interviewing asked if they were using frangible or low powered ammo for safety and the dude said, "we've only lost a few dudes doing it this way. Its better".
