Pancreatic cancer is a death penalty at 50 let alone 87.
Hard to believe she lived as long as she did. She hung in there to prevent trump from really making Roberts moot

I wouldn't be so sure of that.
Wouldn’t u think it would be very difficult to pull off? I guess if the nomination is done, it would have to be acted on as long as republicans hold the senate

He can nominate someone tonight. I doubt the senate would confirm before January but he can put a name out there and let the left bash her.

Dunno if the Senate will wait until after the election to make an appointment but I bet a million bucks that Trump announces who he wants to replace RBG and that it will be a woman and/or a minority, which will help with his campaign.

Trump has nothing to lose. What would Dims do if they had the WH and the Senate. If you think they’d wait you’re full of ****.

this is so true. My grandfather died of pancreatic cancer. never drank a drop in his life but did work 40 years plus at union carbide in South Charleston. we always said that is where he developed it.

Of course he will nominate someone, by this time next week or earlier.....

The decisons made over the course of the next 46 days will impact this nation for multiple generations......as high as the stakes were for November 3rd......they just doubled.

That is a very interesting point.

If Trump and McConnell do this, which I personally believe that they will, they will succeed at shaping the SCOTUS for the near term, but they will pay with the WH and the Senate for upwards of a generation.....

Wrong, many will agree with the move, many will disagree but others don't consider it an issue. You forget there are 5M new gun owners in America over the last 5 months. With democrats talking about gun control who do you think they will side with.

Let them try, I am tired of this ****, ready to come off the bench and they won't like it. I don't care what you think, we can talk and agree to disagree but when you start threatening me the game has changed.

Definately not wrong my friend......the GOP in GA is begging me for support, I spoke with a colleague involved with the party here two days ago and they are very worried about the Pres. position in GA and anticipating at least one Senate seat to flip......in GA. If they do this, they will do so with eyes wide open but mark my words, what we saw in 18 will be a trickle compared to the wave of punishment that will be unleashed on the GOP.....

You guys talk every year about Georgia/Texas/NC going blue. other than 2008 hasn't happened. Not sure how you are a republican, seem like a hard left guy to me, your natural place is with the Bernie bros

Actually I have lived in GA for 17 years and not once, during those years, has there been a realistic chance for the state to vote blue for the Presidency......and Texas? NEVER......this year and this guy, things are very different...

That is only because of all the yankees and carpetbaggers moving there, it always takes at least one generation to get over them. South has been through this before. I think you will be surprised.
