Sucks that this happens right before Christmas.

The guy is a Sooner Great. Some of my favorite memories of the guy were him and Doug Gottlieb running up and down the court throwing punches. Another was beating the #1 Jayhawks at Lloyd Nobel. And the dog pile he was under when OU won the Big 8 Championship in baseball, and went on to win the 94 national championship in Omaha.

Didn't get my first colonoscopy until I was 53, three polyps (non cancerous) removed a year later. Have had several friends succumb to colon cancer. They weren't the type for health awareness unfortunately. Early detection is key and imo 45 is too old for this. Cancer is a relentless *****. RIP Ryan! Sooner great.

Sucks that this happens right before Christmas.

Nobody plans when they die. Lost many around Christmas time over the yrs and lost 2 so far this year 1 week ago. Its just life.
We all have a debt to pay and are not told the due date.
