Going to feast on my Dutch Chocolate tonight. Taking it slow and keeping it double wrapped in bags to help preserve the AIDS. Makes me stronger, imo.

I'd say a vile of your blood in every batch will eliminate their listeria problem rather quickly.
The worst part about all this *by far* is this little poultry brain ^^^ gets all the laughs and glory. Really amplifies my anger levels.

as somebody who has worked in the food industry for the past 30 years this is simply disgusting and preventable. It should have only taken BlueBell failing several inspections the last few years to change their practices and working environment - killing people is a crime.
Something tells me Blue Bell without listeria just won't be the same. Kind of like those old pizza places that have been cooking pizza in the same brick oven for a hundred years.
I've missed firing down on some Blue Bell Neapolitan since this listeria outbreak occurred. According to various news reports, creamery operations may resume end of this month or early June.
Blue Bell will come back with a new name. Colon Blow Ice Cream.
