Heard from a pretty good source this is his last year. Guess we will see. Sure doesn’t seem happy.

He definitely has his shortcomings. But the man can draw up an inbounds play. They had wide open looks every time.
He has to make a final 4 sometime. He has to consistently good teams to not get a lucky run I’d think. He’s a good coach.

Class act just his teams struggle to advance in the big dance.

That’s because the officials call the games less like a football game.

The TN team I saw tonight looks ripe for a round 1 or 2 upset against a much lower seed because they struggle to score so much that they have trouble winning unless they are allowed to play rugby.

I mentioned this in another thread, but at least 2 open looks were blatant illegal screens by Milicic. His arms were fully extended pushing the UK defender.

That crap gets called in the NCAA tournament

if he had teams that didn’t constantly go on 5 minute scoring droughts, he’d probably have 3-4 final fours.

Some of the open 3s were by design as both coaches mentioned in the press conference, You only take 45 3s if the other team is allowing it.

So that's who they are speculating will retire. I saw a Twitter post that mentioned he might be retiring. I'd say this has some legs and honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing Tennessee taking a step back if the SEC will continue to be strong.
