Schedule Game Times

Does anyone know when the game times will be released for rest of the schedule?

The games after the first few weeks are on the 12 day pick schedule from ESPN and cbs, so you will know most game times around 12 days before. However, some games can be put on a 6 day hold and won't have a time set until the Sunday before the game.
