Yes frees up for next year. No can’t be used this semester.

At this rate, we won’t be at 85.

If I read the regulations correctly, under the new rules you can only count a max of 5 back to the previous year and we can use 25 and the plus 3. So max is 33. The problem is I don’t think we will have room for 33 on signing day, and we will no doubt have more attrition during the spring and summer.
