Not surprised.

If WVU only had 20 million for the buyout they would quit the climb. At the end of the season it's 16 million. Buyout drops 3.5 million every year. So he's probably here another 2 to 3 years. Unless they get tired of empty seats.

Fire Shane, Gordan Gee and Bean. Promote the OC to HC since the season is already in the crapper. If he turns it around good for him if not kick them all out at seasons end. Bite the bullet and pay the money.

Stands will be empty the rest of the year. Might only have 15 to 20 thousands next week.

Nebraska wasn't going to put up with it anymore. They want to win. Not sure what the brass at WVU wants? A cultural fit? WTF is that and what does it have to do with winning football games?

Every program wants to win. But it's impossible for 50% of college football programs to do that on any given Saturday.

Before Brown arrived WVU was winning 8 games per year, better than WVUs historical average. The previous 10 years before he came WVU even had two fairly rare 10 win seasons, multiple ranked seasons including in the national playoff final poll, a conference championship and major bowl appearance and victory. Brown has dropped that winning down below .500 and is one of the worst hires in WVU history. Exacerbating that mistake was the inexplicable extension Lyons gave him for no reason. Are you protecting your buddy or hire, or are you protecting WVU football? Unfortunately we know the answer now and WVU is in the dregs.

Change is necessary. This already bad experiment is getting worse.

I don’t have an extra $20M lying around, but if someone started a GoFundMe fundraiser many would gladly contribute to end this horror show

Very few will care enough about a form of entertainment to contribute against it. Especially considering there's zero guarantee the next coach would do any better.

its absurd to pretend WVU fans who weren’t involved in bringing in Brown or extending him need to pay for removing him. The AD is responsible For both and the AD reported over $70,000,000 in revenues just last year.

TrollAllen--anti WVU idiot troll--may be a bot with many of the most juvenile and worthless (and stupid) posts ever on message boards.
