Contract runs through 2024 so the Saints would have to be compensated presumably with draft picks.

what happened? YOu didnt read it? The Saints pulled the plug. Loomis was in charge of the BB team as well, he didnt want 2 popular people leaving NO at the same time. Jerry has a lot of money, it will all come down to money.

It was far worse. He organized a plot to intentionally knock opponents out of games by instituting a bounty system, then organized a plot to cover it up and lied to the NFL about it. As a result, he is the only NFL coach ever suspended and for an entire season. Now he’s a hero
No comparison. Jimmy Johnson alleged Ryan placed a bounty on two players for one game but it was never proved.

Thanks for expanding on my thoughts. Can’t imagine a player wanting to have him as his coach. He’s far from being a Saint.
Sean kept a very high end home outside of Dallas 15 mins from my home for a number of years even after getting the gig in NO. It would not surprise me AT ALL….to see him back in DFW where he has tons of friends….including the Jones Family. What kind of man is Marvin Lewis? He kept Burfict around while he was destroying guys careers. It works both ways. I'm not even a fan of Payton. He's a good coach, not an all timer.
