I would like to state as being a poster who has disagreed with him many of times. I would NEVER consider him a racist or bad Oklahoman. I regret all personal attacks that I have posted toward you. I just wish you could have made your return in a better way. There is no doubt we OUr all better off with you being active here. Going forward I hope you post more.

Drew, Section 22 has been a great poster for several years, long before he became a mod and frankly along time before you began posting. I've missed his input, just like I missed yours when you were banned. Just bury the hatchet............

Nice post Drew. That's stepping up. We don't all see eye to eye but we should always remember the one thing we all know we have in common, and that's being Sooner fans.

I've met 22, and talk to him, and he's a great guy. Not a speck of racism in him. He's a very smart guy that I always enjoy speaking to. Great sense of humor.

Sounds like I'm trying to set up a date. Sheesh.

I wouldn't expect ST to be back here any time soon. I've talk to him elsewhere a few times. I wouldn't rule it out, but I think he would. He'd need to speak for himself why.

I think he doesn't miss the mess.

Plaino, it's really not a mess. It's just differing opinions. Some get destroyed in a debate and get but hurt, then toss darts. That's not enough to run someone off that's been posting 15 years.

He needs to get back to the board and post.

Drew, your post was stand up you have my respect, some here should follow your lead.

What ever happened to that Medic guy?

I heard he liked to collect farts in empty Folgers cans.

no one should EVER get their feelings hurt from words on a message board. Irritated? sure. annoyed? absolutely. We all have different opinions on just about every subject but i like it that way.

So? So I like to reminiscence. Big deal. We all like to appreciate accomplishments we've made in the past. I also like to eat stuff I find in other people's trash. I do look for expiration dates though. If there aren't any, it's fair game. Others trash is anothers dinner. Variety is the spice of like. Covet they neighbor. If he eats better than you, his trash will be a grand buffet. If I use utensils does it really matter? I know the whole salad fork and soup spoon routine.

Speaking of soup spoon, to those who like to drink too much and throw up, I know of an easy way to save the dinner. Teeth. It's the human strainer. Clench those suckers tight when you wretch, and you'll expel the offending unnecessary liquids while retaining the costly fried egg sandwiches you ate before the unfortunate non-elective purge. Let those fluids flow while straining back the nutritional hunks your body actually wants.

Of course my brilliance is free. On here.

Thank you Drew. I wasn't harboring any ill feelings when you responded the way you did. I repelled it and moved on. I just thought to myself, "Well, there's another guy I probably shouldn't respond to in the future". But not so anymore with your high class post. Thanks. I'm not sure how much I'll be around here, but I'm not going to get into any slug-fests with my fellow Sooner posters anymore. It has zero value, it troubles the moderators, it gives me constipation and uses up what little testosterone I have remaining. ;) But no promises on not posting controversial thoughts when they come to mind. Grouchy old curmudgeons like me can't seem to shut up. You're a good man Drew.

No doubt you learned that bit of wisdom from a patient.

I'll keep that in mind when the pantry is empty but the fridge is full of beer.

22, I get it that people need to take a "sanity break" from time to time. Hopefully you won't be gone long or only post infrequently because you bring a lot to the board and your absence is felt by all.
