Halftime interview Fitz says we will have changes on offense and defense. The only player that has been different on either offense or defense is just Marty at quarterback. What a joke.

How do announcers determine who gets referred to by a cool nickname? Mar'Keise Irving is a cool name as is, but even cooler when they skip it and call him 'Bucko'. (Or, 'Bucco'. Or 'Buck O.')

We shouldn’t be passing on second and 1. We have our backup receivers in game. We have a strong ground game and a running qb. Run the damn ball. Run, run, run, run, then surprise them with a pass.

Why do our senior linebackers get dragged for two yards on every play when they are tackling Minny’s freshman RBs?

Why? Easy, our offensive system doesn't generate a lot of passing/receiving yards. A top wr recruit wants to get drafted, preferably in the higher rounds, so he will want to go to a high powered offensive oriented team.

McLaughlin is in at RDE. Pooler at LDE. Spivak is playing, and I don't think he did in the first half. Back seven looks largely the same.

2 linebackers were there on that WR screen and he juked both of them to turn a loss into a 4 yard gain. I can’t take it!

On the upside, these games where NU can't stop the run tend to go pretty quickly. This one might make it less than 3 hours.

To be clear, these are MN 4th and 5th string RBs, both Frosh. A ton of it is because of their massive OL, but a lot is these RBs beating our guys.
