Really wanted to see Lyles and Booker come back. I love all the guys that declared, but those two were set to have monster years next year if they returned. I'm just really down that I'll only get to see their freshman skills in a UK uniform. Hope they do us proud in the league.

I'm surprised Booker has stayed so high in the draft projections given his very streaky shooting. I guess it is a very bad year for shooters...I'm not sure he really gets much higher if he stays another year.

Lyles I was pretty certain was gone after one year regardless...I would go if I were a solid mid first rounder as well.

I wish both of them the best of luck

I think Booker can thank two guys who play for Golden State for his high draft position. I think he'll be great, just wish he could have been here to show it. I remember Melvin saying there was no way he would go this year.

This sucks!

I don't get it I don't get it at all I hope a few of these guys have fun in the D league or overseas or sitting on the bench all year next year.

And yes I am selfish too!

Wanted to see 3-4 of them back.

Hoping our guys fail and end up D League or overseas doesn't help our program. Them doing well does.

But I see these boys didn't win you a championship, you need a hug or just time to man up stop the whiny stuff?

No surprises here. Remember monster paychecks trump monster years. Best of luck and thanks to all of them.

If Booker goes top 20 he couldn't of done much better with another year at UK. However Trey if goes 12 to 18. He could of very well been a lottery pick next year say top 5 if he doesn't get hurt. One has to weigh that against the options. 12 to 18 he is still a millionaire and there's no risk. Can't blame any of them. I also think that as a group they all saw Alex as a top player at the beginning of the year and when he went down they are all thinking hey that could be me?

I think Booker could have jumped the highest next year. Definitely a preseason AA, 2nd team at least. Newman is the only shooting guard projected in the top 15 in 2016 from America (Blakeney pops up in the teens on a couple mocks).

Yes, they wanted you to turn in your fan card also but it didn't happen. I guess we are all out of luck.
