No clue, I know St. John’s was. He makes to much sense. Surely pope and them have him on the spreadsheet they have
Is he originally from the west coast? Those always seem like uphill battles, but they have provided some great players when it works out.

TBH, I don't think it's going to be him. He's from California and has played for USC and Stanford. I just don't see him leaving the West with that background.

3 players in the portal right now are top 5 in 3pt% however they all are AWFUL in defense rating. So we need someone in the portal who can shot at that 42% clip and play defense. That person isn’t there yet unless we sacrifice one the other.

Who is putting that out there? I try to consider the source when I can, but I'm not sure what the source is. In this era, I just expect disinformation to be put out there to drive up the bid price.

Probably not, there was talk of 2 guards one from either Australia or Austria and the other from Spain. I know this doesn’t really help just can’t remember. The only 2 I know of are Dash Daniels (Australia) Elite defender and getting better on offense and Dame Sarr
It’s far more likely Griffin regains his shooting confidence than some of these guys learning to play defense. But Griffin news has been scarce the last week.
I’d like to see us go after Rodney Rice. Malik Thomas would be nice but I haven’t seen us mentioned with either one.
Good luck. At some point we have to understand that players fitting this description aren’t returning to college. There’s something wrong with pretty much every 42% shooter in the portal. You’re way better off with a lesser shooter who is a multifaceted player.
