SEND HELP: Can't login to On3 via mobile device (iPhone)

Anyone else unable to login to the board from a mobile device? For the past week or 2 I can't login to my account from my iPhone. I get the perpetual "login failed" msg even though I know my login creds are correct and I can login on my computer no problem, as I'm doing right now. I also downloaded the On3 app and can login there but that app is unsufferable with constant and lengthy ads.

I have tried clearing my browser cache, shutting off/restarting my phone, etc. Any suggestions? Can I phone a friend @Tom McAndrew or @GregPickel?

Hi there, sorry you're dealing with this! Please send an email to [email protected] and include the following info: Device type (iPhone 14, 15, etc.), browser you're using to log in, and that login failed message. If you can provide them with a screenshot, it's even better. Keep us posted -- you can shoot me a DM anytime and we'll see what we can do.
