well it looks as if I will have to watch almost all of September games via recorded games. My grandson has fall baseball tournaments every weekend of that month.

However at least I will still get to watch them and watching him play baseball takes priority. BTW I have a question for everyone. We know the South Dakota game is likely PPV so I am wondering how many of us will pay for that game that live out of state? For me it is going to be the first time I havnt paid for a PPV game in years.

Try watching Riley's coaches show on Sunday afternoon/evening....or maybe it's on Monday these days....you get the entire game playback with replays and interviews, all in 60 minutes. I was able to do it here in Connecticut until Comcast pulled Fox SW two years ago.

South Dakota was 4-7 last season but did scare Kansas State, losing 27-24.
But I reckon the game at OU has to be on PPV.

Worst programming decision in OU history was last year when Florida Atlantic was over the air while the Army game was PPV. WT (bloody) F!
In retrospect true, but at the time the decision was made, it was FAU who was thought to give OU the better game There were even a few pundits who said they wouldn't be totally surprised if the Owls won. They'd come off an 11-3 year & had won their last 10, with Marshall being the only one to come within 2 TD's of the Owls in that stretch. Army was a more than respectable 10-3 themselves, but they lost to North Texas late, while FAU blew out NTU twice, which I think probably tilted the scales ever so slightly to televising OU-FAU (not to mention that game being the season opener, + the Kiffin factor).

Putting Army-OU on PPV last year was ridiculous.
Coming off a 10-3 record in 2017 and winning 11 last year capped off by a 70-14 mauling of Houston speaks volumes....as does the great overtime battle Army put up against heavily favored OU.
