And now Coach Branch's guy helps us out too. Awesome. Hopefully this round keeps looking good for us.

Avoiding that late takedown was huge.

Wrestling is one sport that a lucky run doesn't happen. You earn it all by yourself. That is why it is the most demanding physically and emotionally sport in the world.

It's extremely hard for a wrestler at this level to have to take a month off in the run up to nationals and perform at your highest level.

You could tell he was a tad off and didn't quite have the full gas tank.

Still has a good chance to AA as a true freshman in a very tough weight.

The more I watch wrestling the less I understand what is and isn't stalling.

They have made changes to this rule and all it has done is complicate matters as it is called differently by every single official.

They made some good changes in the offseason and this was not one of them.

At this point Nolf is just too strong for Joe but Joe has a favorable conso bracket and should be able to make a run there.

Collica got a perfectly called match stalling for fleeing the mat included

Joe getting dinged for stalling twice in the center of the mat is laughable.

Nolf had more gas in the tank and was the better man today, but the official should have simply let him prove it on the mat

I agree I thought our guys all wrestled hard and we got one upset and can still go 4-3 in the winners bracket, we just weren't favored in those matches and didn't get it done.
