Seth Greenberg is openly hostile to UK

I started noticing how he focuses almost exclusively on the other team when they are doing the studio segments for our games. Then there are the recent comments he's made about us. Must be related to Cal, because I did not see anything like that when he was here.
My wife asked why he hated us within the first 45 seconds of the halftime segment. It really is getting pretty blatant. Weird angle knowing how big this fan base is.

Seth might wanna take a gander at what the Arkansas fans are saying about Cal right now instead of BBN.
Cal made fun of the BBN and talked down to us, refused to play NBA talent riding the bench for free $$$, sat players that weren't injured to protect draft stock, quit caring about winning games, refused to make any adjustments towards modern college bball, flirted with multiple other programs, and ditched us for in conference rival Arkansas.... And Seth wonders why the relationship soured. 🤡
He can kiss our Big Blue ***.

Our fans are openly hostile to him, too.

But I still can't figure why so many of you all who are triggered by announcers and analysis don't just turn down the volume during the games and skip watching the halftime, pre- and post-game shows. You're doing this to yourself if you don't.

I love to hear him talk about Kentucky winning and Arkansas losing, I love hearing his excuses for Cal and how he is going to turn it around. I hope he struggles with Kentucky’s success and I hope that it keeps him awake at night.

Greenberg is a loser, who can't coach so he sits behind a desk and acts like he was the greatest coach ever.

Show him some respect.

After all, he is one of the greatest coaches to ever coach in the college ranks.

His resume should speak for itself.

LOL!
I love how they have to give his resume every time at the opening of the show, people have to be reminded that he was a coach and did something in the ACC. They probably didn't feel the need to do that very often with Jay Wright

Just ignore the guy, honestly. That's what I'm doing. What does it even matter how he feels or thinks? Means nothing to me.
Yeah, I’m ready to move on from him. I quickly mute the tv whenever I see him pop up. Hopefully everyone can just go their separate ways after the UK/Ark game.

He can continue to defend Cal, and UK can continue to win top 25 games.

Well....I'm sure there's a reason he is a FORMER coach, as far as his knowledge goes. He gets hits from fans like us who tune in to see what he's gonna do. Old pro wrestling gimmick...the guy that gets paid is the most cheered or the most hated. Easier to get that hate thing brewing.

I mean everyone watching the game is in a way paying the salary of the announcers via the TV deals and ratings whether they have the volume on or not. I think it is pretty fair to try to get an announcer that actually does the job well so we don't have to mute.

Ultimately, Greenberg's infatuation with Cal is damaging his own reputation, and lowering his value to ESPN. He's damaging his own career, essentially. I say let the man cook. Billy Packer 2.0.

One thing that has luckily come my way in life and is a far cry from the me of years ago is I am much better at disengaging with people who are openly looking to insult, be rude or just have to be right. I used to let it really get to me. Now I have gotten better at just saying what difference does it really make? I’ve enjoyed things more.

Now if I could only approach my fandom that way during games, I would really be on to something. Maybe I’ll get there (doubtful) lol.

This.

I mute the half times.

Cat fans shouldn’t need the validation of any talking head, poll, or any other source.

And if you have even a basic understanding of basketball, you shouldn't need an announcer telling you what is going on in the game. Half the time, they aren't talking about the game anyway - just re-hashing stuff most of us know.

It seems so stupid to complain game after game after game about something you don't even have to listen to.

I don't watch any college game day, don't listen to pre-game shows or post-game shows and I turn the game off at halftime until the second half starts. I don't mute the play-by-play, but it doesn't make me mad if the announcer isn't fawning all over UK the whole game. I don't really pay any attention to them.

He's chosen to make it personal rather than be a professional. This is kind of like a divorce. Thank God it's over but there are a lot of things that went on with that person publicly and privately and you're still pretty salty about it and probably will be for a long time. Then you have someone who both of you knew, more acquaintance than a friend,. and who has the f-king audacity to tell you how wrong you are and that the other person is so great. Who TF are you to say anything to us? There's a lot of things that went on you know nothing about so keep your f-king mouth shut

This is stupid, would you walk away and not listen if someone was in the next room talking about someone you cared about? Well, I'm guessing you would
