My back & arms are sore from fist pumping and cheering during the game on Monday. Wife said my son & I were in a full defensive stance for last 15 mins of game two feet from the tv screen.

K is the one who gets me fired up when I see his enthusiam.

I have to watch all of the games from elite 8 on again just so I can actually enjoy them. I'm so nervous in real time that I can hardly enjoy it until the buzzer goes off.

That's hilarious, last night I noticed my right shoulder was real sore...I hadn't done any lifting or anything...then it donned on my that I probably fist pumping like a mad man during the game, especially the last 13 minutes or so.

I think Final Four telecasts need to come with a warning label... "May lead to serious injury due to excitement"

My shoulders and elbows are still sore, probably from all the fist pumping that I did. I think I fist pumped more during the championship game than I have during every other game combined this season.

If there was a camera on me during the games from SD. St on this year, you would wonder why they let me walk the streets unsupervised. For that reason I watch all Duke games in solitude. I swear and yell things no other human should hear. Frankly, I feel disappointed in myself with what I say. LOL. As far as this past monday I celebrated a bit too much after the game. A bottle of 18 year scotch that I opened monday night, was about 2/3 gone.

Wife is pissed that there are 7 tourney games (including UK's loss) and 5 regular season games on DVR!
