6’5” 190 lb WR originally from Charleston in portal from Campbell University. Why is staff not on him? Kids highlights look like a no brainer on offering.

As a previous poster mentioned, AJ Green was 6'4" and 184. I guess the extra inch plus 11 pounds doesn't work for you? I'll take AJ all day, every day. I don't know this guy, maybe he's lacking speed or hands but you can certainly play major college ball at his size.

I have no doubts that a skinnier receiver with length can play at the sec level, but as others mentioned there is probably a reason he doesn’t seem to be on the radar. I know the wr room looks pretty loaded with potential, but I like the idea of bringing in a guy who’s 6’5” and shows playmaking ability with the ball in his hands.

What did Randy Moss play at while at Marshall, 195 lbs.?

There was a reason he was at Campbell.

What is strange is he is the class of 2020, he started at USF in 2020 and had one catch in 2020 and no more stats and then re emerged at Campbell in 2024?

I have confirmed he never recorded a stat in 2021, 22 or 23

South Florida receiver Sincere Brown played a very limited role during his three seasons at USF racking up just 77 offensive snaps in nine games with just one catch for 19 yards.

He played a bunch of seasons at USF and never recorded a stat, maybe that is why we passed, I mean you cant make it at USF, how do you make in the SEC? LOL

Maybe Deion will coach him up or maybe since he is so much older then everyone, he will have a advantage

He is from the same class as Luke Doty.

If he's still 190 lbs at his advanced age, what is the likelihood he'll "grow into that frame?" Maybe if he retired from football he could put on 15 lbs.

Yeah your right to be skeptical, I had no idea from the OP this was a 6th year guy and not a young guy and did not know it was a guy that couldn't see the field at USF for YEARS, that then went down a level and suddenly had some production.

A little research on this players history actually answers OP's question on why our staff did not go after him.

Maybe the light finally came on or maybe he was a older player playing at a lower level and surprise surprise, finally had some production, and may be the same ol story when he returns to the level, seems like the later is the more likely possibility.
