Sioux Falls, SD

Got an intriguing job offer at a college in Sioux Falls, anyone have any experience with the city? Odds are I won't take it, but I kind of like a lot of what I have been reading about the city.

Also, cold doesn't really bother me.

South Dakota is a very beautiful state outside of Sioux Falls. Never been there.

I was there probably 15 years ago. It's a nice city. I traveled a lot over the years but Sioux Falls is one of those cities that always stuck with me. Winters are brutal though.

Have some customers in and around Sioux Falls area (SD, IA, MN) Was pleasantly surprised first time I went up there. And actually kind of enjoy making that trip once or twice a year.

If the opportunity is a good one, go for it.

I've had to go up a few times this year for customer visits. It's a nice place to visit, although I can't imagine living there, not a lot to do.

Have relatives up there and visit once a year. Seems to be a good place to raise a family, not sure about it as a single. One thing I like there is that the people seem to be very friendly overall.

South Dakota is actually pretty neat if you are into the outdoors stuff. Except, you know, in the winter.
