It’s been all Chargers so far thru the first. Slater and his boys are looking dominant.

Meh. The game flipped on the 99.9 yard pick 6, and then hinged on the injury to Herbert. They will duke it out for the west title.
Well, sure, but I'm pretty sure the play counts, right? The kid made a great play to bait Herbert into the throw, jumped the route, and scored. I guess we'll see in November...

Of course it counts. But if you think the Chiefs were outplaying the Chargers, you are mistaken.

SD had more plays (74 to 54), first downs (21/15), total yards (401/319), and time of possession (33:37/26:23). The pick 6 was a 14 point swing. It was pivotal.

You keep referring to them as San Diego. They're now the Inglewood Chargers.

Given CA’s power situation is pretty dicey, we might call them the Brown Outs.
Given CA's plan to phase out ICE vehicles by 2035, the name Chargers seems appropriate. Of course, it may be a zero charge if they can't generate the power.

At the risk of venturing into Rant Board territory, we have a lot of sun, and politicians provide a lot of wind.
Returning to football, I hope the Cats generate a lot of power today!
