Slater is getting lots of love from the announcers. “One of the best rookie tackles in the last 20 years.” Jackson seeing action even though listed as doubtful pregame. Don’t know if Gaz has seen the field yet for the Northwestern Chargers. 
With the dismal season by NU this year it’s been fun watching Wildcat alums on the Chargers and other NFL teams.

Gaz has seen the field. Was in on a key stop on 4th and goal.
He had a pass deflection on Rapelisberger while being blocked at the LOS, which stuffed a drive. 100% effort!
I hope you post something like that if we’re losing to Illannoy in the 4th quarter next week. Chargers up 41-37 now.
Chargers in prior years would have lost this game. Nice example what you can do when you have an excellent qb. Herbert kept the Chargers in the game for the win. Exciting 4th quarter though Chargers special teams almost cost the team the game. Jackson dropped a pass in the red zone that could have been a td. Hope he stays healthy and is able to see more action.
