Unfortunately, I think it's in our bracket. Texas. They are healthy now and looking good. No doubt they will beat Illinois and I wouldn't be shocked if they beat the Cats. Who are your sleeper teams?

Idk who we will play. I think people are overlooking Xavier. Everyone saying Texas or Illinois and it will end up Xavier probably.

And for the ncaa I don't have any sleepers. Most people are projecting all 1 and 2 seeds (or 3 seeds) for a reason. I hope we get some chaos though.

I'll be surprised if Texas beats Xavier. Since Freemantle returned.....Xavier has been a problem. They can score the ball and have best guard trio in Big East in terms of shooters. Not biggest Sean Miller guy but I'll take him over Rodney Terry 100% of the time.

Illinois is vastly overrated. As Robbie Hummel pointed out in the Big Ten Tournament this weekend during Maryland's *** kicking of the Illini.....the common theme in the shooting percentages of both Iowa/Maryland? "They got to play against Illinois".

For me--the biggest game is Troy. Mark Pope has to win one before we earn the right to look ahead. What should happen has to happen first.

Injuries and such have most not giving UK a chance. I think UK is a sleeper to get to Elite 8, I like the draw (if Butler can play 2 games this week and 2 next week). We just are a better team with him on the court.

Beating UT 3 times will be hard but is very doable. Can we match up with Houston (if they make it out of the top of the bracket)? Upsets will be interesting. If Butler is out a game we could lose the game, including Troy. We are just a shaky version of this years UK.

Agreed. Texas will try to beat you largely off the backs of two guys. Illinois, on a good night, is an entire machine.
Illinois doesn't play any defense and Boswell is *** against anyone who competes. He played well against Iowa but you could put out Walker Horn and he'd drop 20 on the Fran McCaffery (thankfully that's come to an end) Iowa teams.

I'm actually going with Ole Miss as a sleeper. They're a little up and down, but have impressive wins against Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Think Beard will do well preparing them for the tourney, and they have a good chance to make Sweet 16 with Iowa St. injuries. In addition, think they would give Michigan St. all they want.
