They were safely in the tournament, lost 3 of their last 4 including 2 to teams not in the tournament (Florida and Alabama) and now are looking like they're going to lose to Auburn. Why must the SEC always suck...

Besides beat LSU twice they really don't have a lot on their profile. They came oh so close to beating that Kentucky team but Trey Lyles came up with the huge offensive rebound with 6 seconds left got fouled and hit both FT's. I don't think many here remember just how close we were to losing that game if Lyles doesn't get Aaron's missed 3 or misses 1 of the FT's it could have all ended right there that day.

For those who are doing the bracket matrix this is like a get out of jail card for them as 24 people including CBS's Jerry Palm still had A&M in the field as of right now when I doubt they would have made it without at least making it to the semi-finals and now these people will be forced to drop them from their field and they won't take a miss on Selection Sunday. (If Auburn holds that is I mean this is Auburn we are talking about)

It s a shame the other team can't wear Kentucky jerseys. They wouldn't of choked down the stretch

In their defense they are without their leading scorer, but they should still have beat AU.

I 100% disagree.

LSU gets an easier game than the 1 seed...which is BS. Tournies should re-seed after each round. UK should get AU and LSU should get FL...idc if AU loses 2.5 hours of rest, they are a freaking 13 seed. Their own fault.
