So is Nick Parker mute? why the hell is Pogue answering Yancy's questions?

The last two questions seem a bit staged to me considering Yancy did not ask Parker himself or maybe its just the conspiracy theorist in me.

Is it normal for a coach to answer this personal stuff for the player? Were they recruiting Parker or Pogue to oxford? Does Parker need Pogue to hold his hand too?

I guess the South Panola sewer pipe continues to dead-end in oxford.

yancy did it, and you can even tell yancy is uncomfortable in the interview.

The link to the interview appears to be a bad link now.

that should answer a lot of your questions.
He isn't a Rhodes scholar, but he isn't Eddie Strong dumb either. He just isn't comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

Hell, Anthony Dixon is about to graduate college and he sounds the same way when interviewed.

Players and money. While the two may not be connected (directly), they do not exist exclusively. This is not a secret nor are the results.</p>

YP could get a hold of was Pogue. While South Panola isn't an academic mecca, I would hope that they wouldn't let a kid out of class to do a Scout interview with YP.

Ever thought of that?

felt like Powe had a bad interview, and he was using that as a baseline to get a gauge on how bad the Parker interview was. He wanted a comparison.

That's what I can gather.

From what I've heard they tend to be fairly lenient with their football talent when it comes to enforcing class/grades.

That said, Parker is not like the typical thug out of SP from what I hear. He's like a lot of Mississippi players that need "the plan" to have a shot at college, but he's not a trouble maker like Tig or some of the others that have come through there.

I still don't know what position he's going to play on the next level. I don't know that he's fast enough for tailback. He'll have to put on some weight for fullback. I could see him maybe developing into an OLB, but overall I think he falls as one of those that doesn't really have a position, though I could be way wrong and he could be the next Deuce.
