They had two months to gel - overcame injury after injury and had to learn a new system in a short time - with no returning players from last year. Bravo and kudos to Pope and staff for getting this team prepared. Thank you, players for breathing some life back into the Kentucky program.

This was such a great year for me. I have been a UK fan for 70 years and I will have to admit, I was to the point it was Cal or me. One of us had enough and was going to leave as much as I love UK. Thank goodness for a man with common sense to be our coach. Great year with a make up roster that overachieved imo. Thanks for a great year.

We are quietly back, even if the doubters and disbelievers can't grasp (or handle ) it. Cal and his antics and ******** are gone now. We got a coach that loves where he is and what he is doing.
