Caught him in a few JMU games last year, including one here in Jonesboro against Arkansas St. He’s a good player.
I would be shocked if we embarrass Louisville, after watching what happened last night.
If we don't have Butler for this game, we're in trouble.
It’s a little dramatic to say we’ll be in trouble. It might cause issues but it might be just fine. We beat Gonzaga without him, I’m not going to sweat louisville.
I look for UL to play out of their minds in the first half. Some scrub will shoot lights out but we will take care of business like we always do against little brother. I hope Mr. Edwards enjoys his defeat in Rupp and remembers it forever!

I think the team will understand who the opponent is, and the crowd will be electric. So that will help.
But UofL is substantially better than Colgate was. And it's not like Colgate was our only slow start. It's fair to say that this team has a bit of an issue getting out of the gate. They have to prove otherwise now.
I think we will win but im not gonna get overly confident or cocky.
If butler is out then the game will be a coin flip type game. Butler plays Kentucky wins by 10-15
He could have joined UT or another twice-per-year UK opponent in the SEC and gotten us twice. It's moronic to say he went to UL just to play UK once.
I will take another slow start if we get up 17-0. Its the part after that type of slow start that concerns me.
I hate these cherry picking types of ways of looking at these games and just painting with a huge brush by saying we are going to be in trouble with UofL if we couldn't handle Colgate. When you make this type of statement it just ignores the fact that on any given night Colgate could give UofL fits as well. Things happen in basketball and most of these d1 teams have athletes who can at least compete in some respects with the top teams in the country on any given night. It just drives me crazy how people aren't able to absorb that truth and realize they sound foolish when they make the declarations that usually end up biting them in the ***.

Was it the 3 point win against UTEP at the Yum center that made you think this? Or the 2 Home losses they’ve taken already? Not saying they couldn’t beat us but it’s a long shot even if we have an off night.
That being said our players will be amped for this game and won’t come out flat regardless of injuries.

Fathom for the day we drop UL in football. Like the guy told Edwards, they don't care if they lose every game as long as they beat us. The morning after they beat us in football at my church a person wears a UL coat and parades around the church with it on. They beat our worst football team in several years after losing for the last several years then stick their chests out like they really done something. Embarrassing themselves with things like that shows how bad they hate being irrelevant in the state.
If our best defender and PG is out, then the teams are pretty even, Vegas won’t set it as that but if butler is out it’s a coin flip type game. If he plays cats win by double digits

UK elevated their program. Crum was a genius. He knew if got UL to play UK it would prop them up. And get them out of mid major status.

Well starters you can’t find anything because i didnt post the whole second half because i lost my internet that game, the first half all i did was say Jackson Robison was bad, because he was terrible in the first half so yeah. It is keeping real when they play like ****, you and your group don’t like it when people post anything that doesn’t agree with your POV.

UL is bad and barely has a roster. They are a terrible shooting team, especially from 3. 3 major injuries to important players has decimated UL. It won't matter if Butler plays.
The only reason they beat UTEP was free throws. The refs absolutely handed that game to UL, 34 vs 11 free throws. UTEP beat them in almost every other category.
They're 60th in kenpom for a reason, regardless if they had 60 frer throws against an opponent. They aren't "bad" any way you slice it. I'm not saying they are great and, again, I'm not predicting that we lose to them. But if UK plays the way we did the other night, then yes we will be in trouble.
Kenpom is based on cumulative stats. They no longer have Kasean who was scoring 12/game along with being their 2nd best rebounder. They're in trouble down low as they have no one really.
They are bad in pretty much any metric other than defensive intensity but that is a double edged sword when they play a 7 man rotation. Yes, the UTEP game was gifted to them and they still barely won.
