Keep the faith! Every game and every play is a battle and some of our biggest season saving wins have come against the Goofers.
You can rant on our coaches, and flip the bird to our fans - but you can’t quit on our players. We have a lot of upperclassmen who have earned their pride. They want to win. I think they’ll battle hard for the W tomorrow.
In other words, you have no clue. It’s better to just leave it at that. Ever heard of the expression “if you have nothing good to say better say nothng at all”?
Then why is there a prediction thread?--may as well get rid of that. Is that what what you suggest? It'll be great if we win, and I will be cheering, but based on recent performance I don't see it. If we win, we can talk about it, if we lose shut up?
The point is you don't make predictions. You post mental deliberations with yourself for all of us to read. "I think we get creamed but there is a chance we win" is not a prediction. What I hear is a serial pessimist trying to hedge his bets.
I am refraining from any predictions from now on. One has really no clue on making predictions with this season's team.

So, Corbi, with respect, we got creamed, although at points there were hints we might be able to overcome, but bad decisions were made. As I said, there was the possibility we could pull it out, but those possibilities were frittered away. How then, did I have no clue? We need to get real about what is happening with this program.
With respect, you still have no clue what you are talking about when it comes to football. Honestly, I get a headache just watching you ride the roller coaster of emotions. Your posts during the game threads are just ridiculous, vacillating from play to play between exuberance and despair. Granted, you are not alone on this board but it is not a good look in my opinion:
Sure, most if not many of us are guilty of this, because we are fans--we want NU to succeed. We certainly don't have a clue what is going on on the inside of the program, and I believe we all want to see Fitz succeed. However, I was correct about NU getting creamed today, with the possibility for a squeaker win given good coaching. The good coaching did not happen, so I am the problem? Can you not at least admit that?
He gets a thrill boner over hearing himself belittle others. This is the same guy who was still praising McCall hours before he was finally fired.
