and loses its top 3 scorers. Boogie Ellis, Drew Peterson, and now Reese Dixon-Waters will be departing USC after a 22-11 record (14-6 conference). Transferring players is becoming the norm. This is for those with the pitchforks and lit torches over the loss of 3 of our top 4 scorers. Which is kind of ridiculous because GG was 99% gone, Brown was 100% gone, and Carter is the only legitimate transfer.

Time for us to hit the portal and fill some positions.

Still the bottom line is the cupboard is bare. It's like starting all over and it remains to be seen how successful the staff will be in filling the roster with SEC caliber players. Another season like the one just finished will be hard to accept even for us supporters.

I don’t think LP has the resources to get SEC caliber, and even if he did, I’m not sure he has the ability to coach in this league. Over half the league has very proven power 5 coaches.
