Game two of this weekend’s series between South Carolina and Florida has officially been postponed.

This comes after enduring a 3-hour, 4-minute weather delay on Friday that caused the series opener to go until almost 2 a.m. as the Gators picked up a 9-5 win. Saturday’s game only made it into the third inning before the tarp was brought onto the field.

The game will pick back up on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. on SEC Network Plus. It will start in the bottom of the third inning with a runner on second and two outs. That will be a nine-inning game.

The series finale will be played 50 minutes after the conclusion of the first game and will be a seven-inning contest. That game will also be on SEC Network Plus.

South Carolina was trailing 1-0 in Saturday’s game before it got delayed. Jake McCoy pitched three innings and struck out two with one walk. The Gamecocks had three hits, coming from Blake Jackson, Jase Woita, and Beau Hollins.
