A&M is still first despite losing two out of three to Arky. Their SOS is listed as 6 in the country. Florida is 2nd. Their SOS it 10. I guess it will go up next week. They have 11 losses, and play tonight at LSU. OU is third and the SOS is listed as 150.

The next two are also SEC, Arkansas and LSU. Then come UCLA and Florids State, in other conferences.. LSU rounds out the top ten. South Carolina is 9. Texas drops to 10 with an SOS at 101.

The remainder of the top 16, are Oregon, Arizona, then four ACC schools: Duke, Clemson, Va Tech and Stanford. The biggest news might be 17, 18, 19 and 20. Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss and TEXAS TECH. That could match TT up with us. You don't want to have them in your Super.

Plaino,

Where are you getting those SOS from? Are you talking SOS for OOC only? Massey and Warren Nolan ratings have different views as for overall season SOS.

SOS is at the top of the RPI chart. I would have posted the LINK, but I stole it off a post on another site that didn't have the link. When I seek a softball rankings list, everything that pops up, is from the beginning of last weekend.

As long as we are in the Top 8 and stay home through the supers I'm fine. This is a very good squad with some issues, that OU hasn't seen the last few years. I doubt they play on Monday but they have as good of chance as anyone.

I am shocked by the huge number of baserunning mistakes by OUr baserunners. You'd think that if you know you're going to do a lot of pinch running, you'd learn some fundamentals of that.

This team is very good and is on par with any other team that has a shot to win it all. However it is also a team that has flaws and getting back to OKC will not be easy. This years field has about 8 teams who could win it all.

I suspect OU will see Nebraska in regionals and maybe OSU.
