I understand the concern of many that Stoops' retirement may hurt recruiting, but given all the circumstances (facility and stadium upgrades, who's taking over for Stoops and the ever-present legacy of the football program), I can see a seamless transition....maybe even an upward transition.

I would think that recruits would like the fact of dynamic youth at h/c.
I wonder if the core of the team at least were told in the minutes before Bob went public...
