This guy is 6'3 and fast. He's a wide who's number 120 nationally and #20 in Texas. A really good player. I feel better already.

I saw where we got Marcus Dupree’s cousin from Mississippi. A 4 star OL 280 6”6 that had offers from Alabama, Auburn and Mississippi. Marcus helped with the recruiting. Class of 2024. He and his family attended the Spring game.

Wel God dam it all.
If Gibson keeps dropping easy passes, as he did in the spring game. Kearney will find the field before year 3. Lebby loves the big WR on the outside. With his speed and size, he will be on the field early.

Dang shame Marcus had emotional issues. Baddest mothfvcker I'd ever witnessed.

Hopefully Gibson is a work-in-process that will pay off greatly. His speed makes him potentially very dangerous.
Everything I’m reading of OU’s recruiting is very positive. Venables’ upbeat rhetoric seems to be facilitating the recruiting of highly rated players.
But after two excellent hauls, it is time to see how all the talk gains traction in motivating and teaching players…. coaching them to a much higher level than they’ve ever experienced.
OU must become a force in the SEC like Alabama and Georgia if there’s ever going to be “number 8”. Indications, to me, are that the foundation for this to happen is under construction.
