Sooners sweep Bedlam on combined no -hitter & Mendes' homer in the 6th

BLue is giving Needham, OSU's pitcher balls a couple of inches off the plate inside for strikes. She took advantage for four jam jobs in the first. Knighten's went to left. But three soft liners. Two to the pitcher.

Mendes starts in the circle for OU. Really tight zone suddenly.

Four pitch walk. Stolen base, but key play when she fielded a tough little bouncer and threw out the lead runner on a tag play at third. Then a deep fly to right and a nice play by Clifton for the force to end the inning

This game is an example of this teams problem. This isn't great pitching. It's good pitching with solid defense and OU can't even make the outs challenging.
