Not so certain of this. Dantonio is a good coach. They are having an awful year. If they follow up with a few more awful years then I will agree with you. But he could also turn it around next year and be good again.

Cook did a pretty good job of covering up their holes last year, not unlike what crouch did for a couple years for us. Defense is way, way down the last two years. Wonder if losing their DC was bigger that we might have thought.

I had said Nebraska needed to get to that level before getting back to the Nebraska of old. They weren't just gonna go from 6-7 to making the playoff. Michigan State had a pretty dang good run before this season. Pretty crazy how far they have fallen. Makes me not as pissed about Iowa's drop off.
