As a kid of the 80's I would have to say the three Star Wars movies. Those films were huge.

Why is Teen Wolf on there? Lol.

#1. Back To Future: Probably one of the most perfect movies ever made. Can't think of anything I'd change about this one.

#2. The Breakfast Club: Just feels like the quintessential 80s movie, with the quintessential 80s soundtrack.

#3. The Goonies: Sentimental pick. Loved this one as a kid.

There's no way I can just pick three. I was born in '77, and I have too many wonderful memories about watching a lot of those films with friends and family to be even remotely objective.

I could pick any three. All of them are entertaining and original. Just one sequel in the list, Empire Strikes Back. Today streaming dominates for original content, and theatrical movies tend to be remakes, reboots, and sequels.

Blade Runner
Empire Strikes Back
Lost Boys

Points deducted for Red Dawn not being an option.

Also I’d never seen Flashdance and watched it recently. Legit one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.
