I am 53 and would still like one of these. I could drive it around on my driveway...laugh.

One of these would have almost changed my life as a kid. My older brother and all my cousins had one and dammit I'm still mad I never got one.

Not that it caused me to be a poorly adjusted and bitter adult or anything...

A girl named "Emily C" who I dated in college, thought she was hot as hell, but could never get across the goal line, really wanted to play with that toy.

Has anyone ever found a Stealth edition one of these and been completely oblivious to the fact of what it is? Like, "Gee, I'm pretty sure this looks like something you vigorously thrust your junk into, but since it's not shaped like a synthetic ****** I'll just assume it's a stylish flashlight."

Had a XR 75, CR 125, but never got brave enough to move up to the 250cc. I just about killed myself on my 125. Hitting a tree mid air is not a ringing endorsement to move up a class. After that crash I was all but done with me Evil Knievel days.

I actually had one of these that looked almost identical to this one.

This is what I lusted over when I was 14 but never got - mainly becasue it was illegal to be driving in on the street altough there were 3 other neighborhood kids doing it:

I did make up for it along the way, including my current ride a '15 Harley Road King :)

Had that exact Civil War set, one of my favorite toys as a child. If I had known the Alamo and Medieval sets existed, would've begged for those.

I had bits and pieces of them that were hand me downs from my older brother. Always wanted the full sets, but am guessing by the late 70's / early 80's, they weren't as readily available. Most of the toy soldiers during my childhood were, of course, modeled after Vietnam era GI's.

I was the baby of 5 kids. Spoiled. I got everything I ever wanted...

Except the Puch Moped, which was standard 13-15 yr old transport back in '85.
