Frost says JD Spielman is a perfect fit for this offense, said he went to visit Spielman his junior season when Frost was at Oregon. #Huskers

Cornerback Lamar Jackson said he put on 8 pounds of muscle in winter conditioning and dropped body fat to 9 percent from 11. Said practice under the new staff is "a marathon." #Huskers

Like any occupation with a team structure, buy in is a huge deal. You can tell from listening to interviews with both coaches and players, that leadership from the top all the way down was lacking in this program. The biggest impact HCSF is going to have is bringing accountability to all levels of this program.
