Just read where Steve Spurrier,Jr. is leaving OU for the job as QB coach and Asst. Head Coach at Western KY. Best of luck to him. He's done a very good job with OU and will be missed.

Surprised no one mentioned that Chip Viney is also leaving; He will join Jay Norvell's staff. He will be missed much more than OBC Jr. OBC Jr. served two one year stints, 15 years apart. I guess he just comes around when he needs a paycheck to tie him over until he finds another job. Of course, HCBS obliges as is seemingly forever indebted to the OBC.
Yep. Junior served a year under Mike at Arizona, too. Except for working for the OBC many seasons, he hasn't stayed long elsewhere, but he's found enough time to father seven kids along the way. Wowzer
