Just got home from the debacle/ game. The canned noise at Beaver Stadium sucks. "Make some noise!!" again and again and again. Ozzy Osborne again and again and again. All this at intolerable decibel levels. The only blessing to the loss was not having to hear Sweet Caroline.
Stadium canned noise is intolerable.

Thank you. I thought it was just me. Constant noise on a horrible sound system. You could hear the PA guy alright but everything else was a garbled racket. Most of the ref's calls on the field were unintelligible. The pregame drone of (I guess) music put me in a bad mood from the get-go. I'm not the get off my lawn type, but geez, they can do a lot better.
Also hey let’s play music when we are starting an offensive series??? At least a decade of not understanding how to use music to drive momentum. Timing is everything —less, originality and timely can be more effective than nonstop the same thing over and over
My biggest gripe with the music today was that I couldn't hear any of the referee's calls. Cut the music so we can hear how and why the refs were ruling against us please!
It's like that everywhere these days. I have trouble with this at both Crew and Blue Jackets games. And have complained a lot.
